Do you accept returns?
Since most of our products are custom, we do not accept returns. However, if the product is damaged due to shipping or printing, we will offer an exchange for the same item or another product.
Do you accept exchanges?
If your product was a stock item (without any custom work), we will honor an exchange for another item or the same item.
How long do I have for an exchange?
Ten days upon delivery.
What if my item arrived damaged?
All damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Send us an email and we will have your item replaced as soon as possible.
